This week's Sunday Session is a journey back to the 1950s and 60s, with timeless classics from artists like Frank Sinatra and James Brown. Expect everything from Blue Moon to Bad Moon Rising, along with plenty of Rock 'n' Roll favourites to keep the atmosphere buzzing.![]()

This Sunday 26th sees the return of lovely Tracy from Tracy, yoga and wellbeing .We will be meeting at the end of West Cliff ( 1st turning off Nelson Road) at 9.50am to set off at 10am for an hours walk ending up on West Beach at 11am for a gentle yoga session with Tracy.🌸![]()
