It’s been an incredible seven months since we opened our doors, and what a journey it has been! We have had such wonderful support from locals and visitors alike.  The unwavering support of our Revival Proud Members (RPMs) has fuelled our progress, and we can’t thank them enough for standing by us. Here is a whistle stop summary of what we have achieved so far.

 

Growth and Milestones

Acquiring our own premises was a monumental step and it took time to find our rhythm and the perfect team to guide us forward. We’re thrilled to say we’re settling in, have a great staff team and are making space for new initiatives that embody the heart of Revival.

 

New Initiatives

Our Cuppa Club and Chatty Tuesday, powered by our amazing volunteers, continue to light up our Tuesdays, they provide a space for conversations and connection for anyone who walks through the door.

 

Engaging Young Minds

Young Revival and Revival Lates on Thursdays are gradually blossoming, and we’re eager to spread the word to engage more young minds. If you know any young people interested in shaping our upcoming projects, we’re forming a steering group for a January project so it can be young person led, we anticipate the project involving the co-creation of podcasts, films, poetry slams, and more. If you know anyone who would be interested, they can just scan the QR code. Also, if you want to support with any aspect of the project if you have any skills to share – film making, podcasts, hair & makeup workshops, whatever it may be please do get in touch.

 

Mental Health Bank:

One of our proudest achievements has been the development of the Mental Health Bank, where therapists generously gift their time every Monday from 7-8pm in Revival to support local mental wellbeing. This amazing initiative aims to break down barriers to support and help everyone explore and benefit from lifestyle and complementary approaches to mental wellbeing. We have launched our online shop bursting with unique designs for life. All profit goes directly back into keeping the doors open at Revival so every purchase really does make a difference.
