Knowledge is power

We understand that supporting your mental health is a very personal journey and that a one size fits all approach is not appropriate.

We therefore try to share or discuss different approaches, ideas and theories, including lived experience across our online platforms. Whilst these may be of interest, they are by no means recommendations, we always suggest you speak with your healthcare provider and do your own research before undertaking any lifestyle changes or treatment approach.

There is a wealth of information available on ways to support your mental health, we hope you find some of what we share helpful, you are welcome to attend any of our support groups to discuss any of the issues raised.
