The Kent Mental Health Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations in the field of Mental health and wellbeing. There are hundreds of nominations for the very many hardworking and inspiring initiatives, leaders and projects. So we are delighted that our Revival Executive Director, Deborah won both an Wellbeing Champion award, and the highest award of the night – overall Champion and the 2023 Kent Mental Health Leader of the year. Whilst she certainly doesn’t do it for the recognition, we know she is delighted with the award, and was especially privileged to meet Terry Waite.
Thank you also to the Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards for a wonderful celebration of all those committed and dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of others.
Working within Mental Health can be extremely challenging, even more so as we juggle the needs of our community with the ongoing cost of living crisis, mental health crisis, and financial pressures as a service provider. We would like to thank everyone that supports us, either as an RPM, making a donation, fundraising for us, or simply #ChoosingUs for your coffee or lunch, we really couldn’t do it without you all.
