It was great to work with Paul Babra of Karara Foods and Mel from Amey who were supporting our Open Day and Lunch with Love on Valentine’s Day. Every supporter attending received free take-away vegan curry meals cooked by Paul and handed out by three fantastic volunteers from Amey.
The event gave our staff a chance to show our supporters the progress of works on our new Whitstable High Street premises.
Our two resident herbalists, Kelly from Rosey-Lees therapies and Teas, and Cassie from Bloominwild Tea, also dropped in to see how the space for their Therapy T-bar is coming along:
It was a wonderfully positive day with such supportive feedback, we are incredibly lucky to have such a special community wishing us well. It really was a ‘Good Food Better Mood’ kind of day.
