With 17 years of experience as a registered paramedic in the NHS, I now run my own practice as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, specialising in helping individuals improve their health and wellness through balanced nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Reaching mid-life, I experienced the challenges of perimenopause – struggling with anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, brain fog, and fluctuating weight. Feeling lost and seeking a new direction, I embarked on a journey to become a Health & Wellbeing Coach, driven not only by my own needs but also by a deep desire to help others reclaim their health and happiness.
