Our Strategic Committee
Our Strategic Management Committee plays a vital role in supporting Revival’s growth, sustainability and community impact.
Made up of committed volunteers with a wide range of skills and lived experience, the committee provides guidance, challenge and support to ensure Revival remains grounded in local need while planning confidently for the future. We are incredibly grateful for the time, expertise and care our members give.
If you’re enthusiastic about community-led projects, have experience in areas such as grant funding, fundraising, finance or governance – or simply want to support a grassroots charity doing meaningful work – we’d love to hear from you. Rikki Besgrove
Music Production Tutor
Rikki’s career first took him around the world as an International Operations Manager for a well-known restaurant group. Travelling so widely meant dealing with all kinds of commercial challenges, with different cultures and ways of doing business, and learning how to keep teams supported in high-pressure situations.
Music has always been his real passion. Rikki has DJ’d all over the world and produced tracks that have featured on top-charting compilation albums. He has also run a handful of record labels and created his own podcast. These days he works mostly as a music production tutor specialising in dance music, especially rave and harder styles. He loves helping people get creative, experiment and build confidence in their sound. He’s also run several music events, creating spaces full of energy, fun, inclusion and connection.
Through his work in music, Rikki meets many people navigating mental health struggles, and it’s made him a strong believer in speaking up, reaching out and getting support when it’s needed. That’s a big part of why he joined Revival. He loves the community spirit in Whitstable and is proud to support a place that puts kindness, creativity and wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.
