This week our Executive Director Deborah stepped out and onto a padel court as part of our new partnership with Smash Padel Whitstable.![]()

As someone who openly admits to not being particularly sporty, and who understands the nerves that can come with trying something new, she wasn’t quite sure what to expect. But a few regulars could attend this week so she was invited to join.![]()

What followed was an hour of laughter, encouragement, movement and connection.![]()

Our latest blog shares her honest experience of joining the session, overcoming those first-day nerves, and discovering that exercise doesn’t have to mean gyms, pressure or competition. Sometimes it can simply be about having fun, meeting people and giving yourself permission to try something different.![]()
