An MFA has been out on the account that we did not do. We have emailed multiple times and after your initial reply there is no further contact. We support our community via our Mental Health Bank, as seen on the The One Show People access this service via eventbrite. We are no longer able to upload these sessions. This is seriously detrimental to the mental health and wellbeing of our users and to our service and reputation. ![]()
You do not provide telephone support or real people to talk to, we have been left frustrated and angry that your lack of customer care is jeopardising our service, it is not acceptable.![]()
Can you please look into this to this and ensure that it is resolved - not with an email asking for more information and when it is provided, it is ignored.![]()
