Welcome to our café, where you will soon discover that we are more than just a café!
Our unique happy place in the heart of the Whitstable High Street is a beacon of hope and happiness offering a wonderfully thoughtful retro inspired internal design.
We have an indoor garden area with water feature, acoustic booths that are kind to your ears and a chilled out 70’s area full of comfy sofas with nostalgic touches and our vinyl decks – a real feast for the eyes. From here you can go through to our secluded patio sun-spot and enjoy some lunch as you enjoy our street art from @Catmanartist or our vinyl inspired decoration.
And the best bit is every penny you spend with us helps to power our project work to support the mental health and wellbeing of the community. As part of East Kent Mind our café is also a wellness hub that offers support, information and initiatives that helps to transform the lives of local people. At Revival, we believe every warm smile, every shared story, and every bite matters, and the same goes for hearing what our customers think. That’s why we regularly undertake feedback surveys as part of our cafe journey.
Your honest reflections, what you love about the café, what could be even better, help us grow stronger, kinder, and more welcoming every day. Gathering your thoughts doesn’t just help us improve our menu, service, and atmosphere; it becomes part of the building blocks that fuel our Community Mental Health Programme.
This approach also ensures that community remains at the heart of everything we do.
We also run a pay-it-forward scheme whereby you can donate towards a meal, drink or wellbeing support for someone in need – just add it to your bill.
Our carefully curated and nutritiously balanced vegetarian menu is a feast for the body and soul with street food and internationally inspired dishes and an inclusive approach for plant-based or gluten-free diners, there is something for everyone.
We also have seasonally inspired dishes, many using donated produce from Thanet Earth as part of their charity support scheme, or FareShare with the aim of reducing food waste.
We have a small shop area for Revival merchandise and will be working with local creatives to bring you their beautiful and specially selected pieces.
